Terrance has been a woodworker and Shoji maker since 1982 when he apprenticed in Portland Oregon with John Massiocchi. Over the years he has worked for himself and many contractors while living in Portland, Seattle, and Bellingham. In 2001, having outgrown his shop of 8 years, he moved into the current shop in North Portland where he has plenty of space to pursue shoji making and woodworking as art on a larger scale.

In his spare time, he invests many hours trying to make his antique trucks go. The current projects are a 1937 Plymouth PU and a 1936 International PU. Thanks to local mechanic and friend: Reid Brothers.

Terrance installs a wedding present for his friends Dr. Paul Greenbaum and HollyAnn Alswell
His other loves are his wife Nora Saunderson, Faolin the Irish Wolfhound, and Peeper the old cat.
